Introduction

About Electric Architects:

Electric Architects is Armenia’s leading design force, bridging national heritage with global innovation for over 15 years. With a portfolio that includes the Armenian National Pavilion at the Venice Biennale, the Tumo Masis center, and high-end urban developments like Sunday Towers, the firm delivers architectural precision from London to the UAE. The studio views architecture as "cinema"—an opportunity to create emotional, discovery-filled experiences that daze and inspire.

Strategic partner: Renco Armenia

The realization of these ambitious projects is made possible through the generous support of Renco Armenia. Renco is a premier international firm with a significant legacy as an Italy-based Armenian company, headquartered in Pesaro, Italy. Driven by the mission to "Live the planet better," Renco specializes in sustainable buildings and natural energy. Their strategic impact has been particularly vital in making the Vice Consumption project at Deoron a reality, bridging the industrial expertise of Italy with the creative vision of Armenia.

Deoron participation: Vice Consumption series:

About Deoron: As part of Porta Venezia Design District, newly hosting location of Factory Eleven at Via Padova 11, Deoron is a premier curated design and lifestyle platform that acts as a filter for the noise of mass production. With a global audience of over 100,000, it identifies objects that are expressions of intent, craftsmanship, and contemporary culture.

Collection Concept: Vice Consumption treats self-indulgence as a ritual rather than a mindless act. By utilizing the clinical, high-fidelity reflection of polished stainless steel, the objects create a "specular feedback loop" that forces the user to witness their own physical erosion at the moment of indulgence.

The 8 Objects of the Collection:

  • Vice Candelabra: A structural subversion that co-opts liturgical design for the ritual of ash, replacing sacred light with the cold reality of biological erosion.

  • Vice Etagére: A clinical monument to cumulative consumption, reimagining a tiered fruit stand as a vertical archive of habit and self-awareness.

  • Vice Cigarette Server: An industrial topography of vertical tubes that mimics a brutalist skyline, stripping the act of "serving" of its social softness.

  • Vice Triad: A communal "theater of accountability" featuring a three-sided mirrored prism that forces three users to witness their shared vulnerability.

  • Vice Sentinel: A freestanding monolith that elevates the ashtray to architectural height, mimicking the defensive posture of industrial machinery.

  • Vice Diad: A provocative exercise in enforced intimacy, this two-person station utilizes chin cradles to lock users in a silent, surgical confrontation.

  • Vice Masquerade: Part weapon, part ritual mask; it features industrial knuckles and eye apertures, turning consumption into a masked performance.

  • Vice Knuckles: The most aggressive piece in the collection, merging street weapon ergonomics with architectural hardware to frame habit as a deliberate confrontation.

Alcova participation: Anatomy Lamp

The Platform: Alcova Alcova is Milan’s most visionary platform for designers investigating the future of living. For 2026, it inhabits the historic Baggio Military Hospital, a vast post-WW1 complex.

The Partnership: Electric Architects is honored to present this project as part of the Architectural Association (AA) of London Pop-up exhibition, one of the world’s most prestigious architectural institutions. The showcase, titled 'Coalescence', features work by AA alumni that explores the intersection of design and material.

Showcase Location: Lavanderia Space L3 (Ground Floor), Centro Ospedaliero Militare di Baggio, Via Giovanni Labus 10, Milan.

Collection Concept: The Anatomy Lamp is a study of the "inner workings" of an object. Developed with Impact Acoustic - leading acoustic solutions producer from Switzerland, the lamps are crafted from sustainable, high-performance acoustic felt that turns the light fixture into a tool for "spatial wellness" by absorbing ambient noise.

The collection deconstructs traditional lighting by translating 2D silhouettes into precise 3D volumes. It creates a dialogue between transparency, skeletal form, and sensory comfort, ensuring the lamp does not just illuminate a room, but defines its architectural atmosphere.
